Here update our new side bar design to you!
We have developed our own new type of side bar "V-shaped" in the first half of 2021. After testing and verification, we have now officially decided to optimize our products, The difference between them can be seen in the comparison of the picture as below.
Advantages of the new design,
1. The new side bar increases the brazing area, reduces leakage during the manufacturing process and increases the qualification rate, thereby reducing leakage problems that may occur during use.
2. The new structure can effectively reduce the stress failure caused by the alternation of cold and heat (often occurring at the four corners of the cooler), reducing customer complaints and the resulting losses.
3. The replacement of the new seals will not cause performance degradation or cost increase.
